Decorative slatted panels are a product that is custom-made after ordering. Therefore, according to the Collection of Laws no. 102/2014 Z.z., it IS NOT possible to return the subject goods within 14 days of ordering.

Complaint (Claim)

How to proceed with a complaint

1. If you discover a problem with the product, contact us as soon as possible via email: info@lamely3d.sk
2. In the email, please provide:
   • order number,
   • description of the defect,
   • photo documentation: photographs of the overall view of the product, detail of the damage, product label.
3. We will take care of the transport of the claimed goods back to us.

Cancellation

The order can be cancelled cancelled within 24 hours after confirmation.

We will refund your money no later than within 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation.

For buyers who are not consumers: if you cancel your order after successful payment, we will refund you the money less the transaction tax and payments from abroad in foreign currency will be reduced by the bank's fee for processing the foreign payment.
